Interlibrary Loans

Coker University and GSSM faculty, staff, and students may request any books or articles that Coker’s library does not have.

• It  takes between 1 to 3 weeks to receive books.
• It takes less than 2 days to receive articles on average; however, more obscure articles may take up to 10 days
• Articles will be sent to your Coker email.
• DVDs, videocassettes, CDs and other non- print media are not generally available through interlibrary loan.
• Most schools will not lend books that are new to their collections, so it may take longer for us to find a school that will lend a new title.
• GSSM faculty and students do not have PASCAL Delivers privileges, and thereby must request all items using Interlibrary Loan forms.
• Patrons are responsible for all costs associated with any lost or damaged material.
